Work through one floor at a time so you know which areas still hide a missing stick.
Explore two dark floors, find dynamite, and hide in the vents when a giant spider hunts. Blast open the sealed gate to escape.
Game Updates
The whole run at a glance: find the keys, the per-run code and four dynamite, then blow the exit gate and get out.
Every run needs the same three finds — the keys, the detonator code, and all four dynamite sticks — before the gate can blow.
The escape only works with the full set of dynamite in place plus the code from this run.
Open drawers and smash jars for the keys, the detonator code and all four dynamite sticks.
When the lamps flicker (or you hear footsteps in Nightmare), crouch into a metal duct and wait.
The gate sits in the start area — don't head for it until you're holding all four charges.
Unlock the room with its key, enter your per-run code, and fire the charges to blow the gate open.
Pick a starting point: full escape routes, surviving a spider hunt, finding your way around the building, group runs, recent changes, and the current code list.

The sealed gate needs four dynamite, the detonator room key and this run's code — here's each piece.
Plant every charge on the gate itself — one charge does nothing on its own.
Unlocks the locked room where the detonation is triggered; treat a locked door as a reason to keep looting.
A new four-digit number every run — 0973, 9516 and 8459 have all appeared — so find yours each attempt.
Key it in at the detonator and the gate blows open — walk through and get out.
The moment a hunt starts: stop searching, reach a metal duct, and wait — running doesn't work.
Every drawer you open or item you drop tells the spider where you are.
A straight sprint won't save you — the tutorial rules out outrunning it.
Stay put until the spider has moved off your floor.
The tutorial's own warning — leaving early is the risk, so wait a little longer.
Search habits from recorded runs that actually locate the last stubborn stick.
Work through one floor at a time so you know which areas still hide a missing stick.
One group found their final stick only after dividing an area between them and re-searching covered ground.
When the count doesn't add up, going back over the top and bottom floors is the standard move.
Nearby dynamite has a sound — one player tracked down the last stick partly by ear.
Two dark floors, three named landmarks, and the lamp cue that tells you which floor the spider is on.
Where you begin and where the sealed exit gate sits — the dynamite gets placed here.
A recognizable named room to navigate by; its area also hides the one vent you can head to on purpose.
The locked room the escape is tied to — you may find it on the second floor, so treat that as a hint, not a guarantee.
The spider travels between both while you search; when the lamps flicker, it's on your floor and closing in.
When to duck into a vent, and how to read the cues that mean the spider has left your floor.
In normal mode, flickering lights mean the spider is on your floor — that's your cue to stop and hide.
With the lights out, its footsteps are the only warning — it's worth playing with sound on.
Fading footsteps, a stopped flicker, a teammate's callout, or a radar ping on another floor all mean you can move.
The spider can sit and stare at your duct — players have survived by staying put, not bolting.
Up to four players share one escape: split the search, pass items, and revive downed teammates.
The squad collectively needs the room key, the per-run code and four dynamite — divide areas to cover both floors at once.
Pass dynamite to the teammate heading for the gate, or carry a key to whoever's stuck at a locked door.
The flicker only warns your own floor — say 'he went upstairs' so the other floor gets its warning.
Any living player who reaches a downed teammate can bring them back — check before writing anyone off.
Some vents are just decoration — the crouch-in test and the generator-room vent tell you which are real.
